Look at her Go!

At the beginning of the month, Kezia learned how to ride her bike without training wheels. We had given the kids bikes as Christmas/birthday gifts and shortly after the New Year, Kezia announced that on March 1st she would be taking off the training wheels.

On the 1st, Joel marched off to the workshop to look for a screwdriver. Immediately, he removed Kezia's training wheels and announced to her it was time to learn to ride! What a guy, eh?

We took her on to the cancha and Carl and Joel helped her along. After a few crashes, she needed a break, but got right back on her bike. In hindsight, it would have been better to take her to a grassy hill to learn instead of letting her leave parts of her knees and elbows on the concrete. Oops!

We are proud of Kezia. Look at her go!

That is so awesome! Luke is just learning how to pedal his bike...now that the weather's getting nicer we've been out twice. Going down the driveway, we find, is much easier than going up :)
