Oh, it was such a nice time to trek out with Mom and Dad and my youngest girls to Winkler. My visit with Laura was just so heavenly and easy and comfortable. I was blessed by an abundance of yummy snacks and Asha and Luke had a blast getting wet and dirty and then soapy all in one afternoon. Elena and Linus bonded and she got to sport her new cloth diapers, thanks to a generous Laura and her amazing MCC thrift store find. I got a ton of gurgles and grins from Seamus that just melted my heart!
Then for supper, Elena and Asha and I went to Great Grandma's house to join Mom and Dad. It was great to see her new place and to visit. Asha was especially chatty and was fascinated with the red Clifford Dog. Elena loved sitting on her great Grandma's lap, chewing her spoon and receiving plenty of kisses.
Oh, it was such a lovely time...
